Next steps: Pledge Manager is coming

Hello backers!

It's almost time for the Pledge Manager to open. We just need to finish the last details and check that everything works well. We estimate that within the next 10 - 14 days we will notify you that everything is ready and we will send you a link to access.

Here are what the next steps will be:

1) Smoke test. Once we set everything up, we will run a Pledge Manager test with a small percentage of randomly chosen backers (in case you don't receive this email in that period, everything is fine. You are just not part of the test). We do this to correct any problem that may occur before sending to all the backers.

We estimate that we will be able to launch it at the end of next week (December 27-29).

2) Pledge Manager's opening. Once the smoke test has been passed, we will publish an update announcing the opening of the Pledge Manager.

When the Pledge Manager opens, all backers will receive an email to access throughout different batches. It will be sent to the email address used in the Kickstarter campaign.

We estimate that the Pledge Manager will open in 2 weeks (January 3 - 5).

3) Steps in the Pledge Manager. For 7 days from receipt of the email, you will have one last opportunity to:

• Improve your pledge level (step up your reward level, stretch goals included).
• Include the add-ons you want.

In the last step, backers will also be able to indicate the shipping address (if any add-on was included the shipping costs will update) and paid. (Note: shipping addresses will remain open for editing until the time closest to shipping). Afterwards, the order will be closed and the charge will be made.

Kingsmouth - A Dark Fantasy and Cosmic Horror campaign setting for 5E has been a success!

The Kickstarter campaign has just ended and we can hardly believe it. We have received full backer support from the very beginning. You have made the international launch of Kingsmouth go very high. You have pushed for it to be the great edition that it already is. Rewards, new adventures, miniatures, cards, game aids, maps... This success is your success as well. The whole campaign has been amazing, you guys are great! We are very grateful to you.

As a thank you, we have decided to release the regions that have been left unlocked from the Providence Traveler's Guide. The Valley of the Death Rattles and The End of the World Mountain Range, Moatar Kasil... every region will complete the Traveler's guide!

What's next?

At the editing and production level, we are already working on the final designs, translation and corrections to move forward at a good pace. 

Now that campaign is finished, we begin to prepare the Pledge Manager platform. There you will be able to manage your contribution, add add-ons, your physical address and pay shipping costs. We expect to have everything ready in 3-5 weeks. All backers will receive an email with a personal invitation to the Pledge Manager (to your Kickstarter email address). We will let you know later with a new update when it will be open. Stay tuned!
