Dear backers,
First and foremost, we want to apologize for the unexpected delay in the shipments of Kingsmouth. We have encountered a production bottleneck that has impacted our expected timeline (delaying it). We are actively working on it to move things forward as quickly as possible.
Here we share the most recent information we have.
The books
We are currently waiting for the printed materials to arrive from the printer. Our latest information indicates that we expect to receive everything within the next weeks —we want to be cautious and, taking transport times into account, we expect the delivery to our hubs to be in the first weeks of March (hopefully earlier).
The Dice
The dice are in production with Q-Workshop and the last estimation indicates that they will arrive to our hubs in April.
Shipping phases
As soon as the printed materials reach our hub, we will begin shipping immediately for all pledges that do not require the dice. This will be the first phase.
Once the dice arrive in April, the second phase will start. We will ship the remaining orders without delay.
We understand that delays are frustrating. Again, we apologize for all the delays the project has suffered. Please know that we share that frustration. We are the first ones who want these rewards in your hands so you can enjoy them at the quality level you expect and deserve.

Ante todo, queremos disculparnos por el retraso inesperado en los envíos de Kingsmouth. Hemos encontrado un cuello de botella en la producción que ha afectado al calendario previsto (retrasándolo). Estamos trabajando activamente para solucionarlo y avanzar lo más rápido posible.
A continuación, compartimos la información más reciente de la que disponemos.
Los libros
Actualmente estamos esperando que los materiales impresos lleguen desde la imprenta. Según la última información recibida, esperamos recibirlo todo en las próximas semanas. Queremos ser prudentes y, teniendo en cuenta los tiempos de transporte, estimamos que la entrega en nuestros centros logísticos se producirá durante las primeras semanas de marzo (con suerte, antes).
Los dados
Los dados están en producción con Q-Workshop y la última estimación indica que llegarán a nuestros centros logísticos en abril.
Fases de envío
En cuanto los materiales impresos lleguen a nuestro centro logístico, comenzaremos los envíos de inmediato para todos los pedidos que no incluyan dados. Esta será la primera fase.
Una vez que los dados lleguen en abril, comenzará la segunda fase. Enviaremos los pedidos restantes sin más demora.
Sabemos que los retrasos resultan frustrantes. De nuevo, pedimos disculpas por todos los retrasos que ha sufrido el proyecto. Por favor, sabed que compartimos esa frustración. Sabed que somos los primeros que deseamos que estas recompensas estén en vuestras manos para que podáis disfrutarlas con el nivel de calidad que esperáis y merecéis.

Locking Shipping Address (and Pledge Level)
Dear backers,
In this new update, we want to share the current status of Kingsmouth and the next steps before shipping begins.
Kingsmouth Status
In our early October update, we mentioned that "production would soon enter its final phase". Well, that time has come. Production is progressing as planned, and our estimates remain the same: our hub are expected to receive the rewards in December 2025.
After that, packages will be prepared and shipped as quickly as possible, starting as soon as we receive them and continuing throughout January and February 2026 (for backers in regions with slower customs or more remote locations, deliveries may extend into March or April 2026).
Shipping Address Lockdown
Shipping addresses will be locked in the Pledge Manager on Monday, November 17. This is an important step to ensure everything is ready to ship as soon as the items arrive.
What does this mean?
If you need to update your shipping address, you can still do so by logging into your Pledge Manager account.
If you need help, feel free to contact us at [email protected].
After that date, please email us directly as soon as possible to update your address and avoid any shipping delays or delivery issues.
About Pledge Levels and Late Pledges
Just like the addresses, all open orders will also be locked on Monday, November 17. If you’d like to add an extra add-on or upgrade your pledge level, please contact us by email to confirm if it’s still possible.

En esta nueva actualización os comentamos más sobre el estado de Kingsmouth los siguientes pasos antes de que comiencen los envíos.
Estado de Kingsmouth
En la actualización de primeros de octubre os compartíamos que pronto entraría en la fase final de producción. Bien, pues eso ya ha ocurrido. La producción sigue el ritmo esperado y las estimaciones se mantienen: nuestros almacenes recibirán las recompensas en diciembre de 2025.
Tras eso, los paquetes se prepararán inmediatamente y comenzarán a salir a la mayor brevedad, enviándose desde que los recibamos y a lo largo de enero y febrero de 2026 (en lugares con aduanas más lentas o sean lugares remotos, podrían recibirlos a lo largo de marzo y abril de 2026).
Cierre de las direcciones de envío
Las direcciones de envío van a cerrarse en el Pledge Manager el próximo lunes 17 de noviembre. Este es un paso importante para estar listos para enviar en cuanto lleguen los ítems.
¿Esto qué quiere decir?
Si necesitas actualizar tu dirección de envío, aún puedes hacerlo entrando en el Pledge Manager. Si necesitas ayuda, no dudes en contactar con nosotros en [email protected].
Después de esa fecha mándanos un email para actualizarla cuanto antes para evitar problemas en el envío o dilatar la entrega.
Sobre niveles y late pledges
Al igual que con las direcciones, todas las órdenes que no se hubieran cerrado se cerrarán también el próximo lunes 17. Si quisieras añadir algún add-on extra o aumentar tu nivel, ponte en contacto con nosotros por email para saber si es posible.

Kingsmouth Update: Production and Shipping
Dear Backers,
We’d like to share with you where the Kingsmouth project currently stands.
But first of all, we want to sincerely apologize for the delays the project has faced. Between translation, printing, and coordinating with the factories during an unstable situation, we’ve had to manage many moving parts. We made the mistake of underestimating the time needed to handle a project in two languages and with multiple versions of some items. We’re truly sorry for the delay this has caused.
We’re eager for you to finally have these amazing rewards in your hands, and believe us—the wait weighs on us too. The good news is: the finish line is now in sight.
Printing
The game will move into its final production phase in just a few weeks. We’ll share details of the process in upcoming updates. According to the latest estimates from the printer, we expect our hubs to receive the items in December 2025.
Shipping
Once our hubs receive the items, handling and packing will begin immediately. Our carriers will start shipping the first packages in December. Based on their forecasts, first deliverys can occur in December, but most backers should receive their rewards throughout January–February 2026.
For regions with slower customs or more remote destinations, deliveries may extend into March–April 2026.
Pledge Manager, Late Pledges & Locking Addresses
The pledge manager will remain open for the next few weeks so you can update your shipping address if needed. However, for carrier management reasons, addresses that haven’t been locked yet will be locked in about a month.
If you’ve moved or need to update your address, please log in to your profile as soon as possible.

Estado de Kingsmouth: Sobre producción y envío
Queridos mecenas,
Queremos compartir con vosotros en qué punto se encuentra el proyecto Kingsmouth.
Pero, antes de nada, queremos disculparnos sinceramente por el retraso que ha sufrido el proyecto. Han sido varias las gestiones con la traducción, la imprenta y las fábricas que hemos tenido que hacer. Hemos cometido el error de subestimar los tiempos necesarios para el desarrollo del proyecto en dos idiomas y con varias versiones de algunos ítems. Sentimos la demora que esto ha causado.
Estamos deseando que tengáis estas geniales recompensas en vuestras manos y las demoras también nos pesan. Pero ya estamos viendo el final.
Producción e impresión
El juego estará en fase de producción final dentro de unas semanas. Os mostraremos detalles del proceso en próximas actualizaciones. Las estimaciones que tenemos de la imprenta señalan que nuestros almacenes recibirán las recompensas en diciembre de 2025.
Envío
Tras recibir los ítems, la manipulación y empaquetado comenzará inmediatamente. Nuestros transportistas comenzarán los envíos de los primeros paquetes en diciembre. Según las previsiones que nos han dado, la mayoría de los envíos seguirán llegando a lo largo de enero - febrero de 2026.
Para aquellos lugares en donde las aduanas vayan más lentas o sean lugares remotos, podrían recibirlos a lo largo de marzo y abril de 2026.
Pledge Manager, Late Pledges y bloqueo de direcciones postales
El pledge manager permanecerá abiertos para que podáis modificar la dirección de envío durante las próximas semanas. Sin embargo, por razones de gestión con el trasportista, las direcciones postales que aún no se hayan bloqueado lo harán dentro de un mes, aproximadamente.
Si has cambiado tu dirección o deseas actualizarla, inicia sesión en tu perfil lo antes posible.

KINGSMOUTH STATUS UPDATE: MANUFACTURING
Hello, backers!
The last few weeks have passed very quickly for us, between managing with printer, galley proofs and other corrections... We're sorry for the silence.
CURRENT STATUS: MANAGING PRODUCTION
For just over a month now, we've had something close to a tennis match. In the end, the process wasn't as fast as we had hoped. But we're finally receiving and approving the final print proofs.
At the moment, everything is moving forward, but we're still waiting for a clear date for the completion of production and shipment to our hubs. Once we have it, we'll share it with you without delay.
An important reason for the delay in this process is that some items require specific raw materials for the quality we desire. Their availability is taking a little longer given the current international situation. This is especially difficult for the hardcover, the Deluxe cover, and the slipcase.
We're still working on production and hope to share more details and concrete dates soon.
This also means we'll soon be blocking shipping addresses. If you're reading this and have changed your address, please edit it in the pledge manager or email us at [email protected].

¡Hola, mecenas!
Las últimas semanas han pasado muy rápido para nosotros entre gestiones, correcciones, galeradas... Sentimos el silencio pero ya estamos llegando al final.
ESTADO ACTUAL: GESTIONANDO LA PRODUCCIÓN
Desde hace algo más de un mes, hemos tenido lo más parecido a un partido de tenis. Al final el proceso no ha sido tan rápido como esperábamos. Pero ya estamos terminando de recibir las últimas pruebas de impresión.
En estos momentos todo sigue avanzando, pero estamos esperando una fecha clara de la finalización de producción y envío a nuestros almacenes. Una vez la tengamos, la compartiremos con vosotros sin demora.
Parte de la dilatación de este proceso ha sido que algunos ítems requieren materias primas específicas para la calidad que queremos. Su disponibilidad ha tardado tardando un poco más dada la situación internacional actual. Esto es especialmente delicado con la tapa dura, la cubierta Deluxe y el estuche.
Seguimos trabajando con la producción y esperamos dar más detalles y fechas concretas pronto.
Esto también significa que pronto bloquearemos las direcciones de envío. Si estás leyendo esto y has cambiado de residencia, pro favor edítala en el pledge manager o envíanos un correo electrónico a [email protected].
